A little more information answering all those questions you may have.
How do I find you?
Our address is Little Luma, Unit 4 Rooktree Farm, Milton Keynes MK17 8BW. This address is easy to find using sat nav or Google Maps.
What should I bring to the shoot?
We will send you a detailed document of everything related to the shoot upon booking, but generally you really don't need to bring a lot. We have a selection of outfits and sizes in our wardrobe, as well as all the props and toys you will need for the shoot.
Is there parking?
Parking is free in our on site car park and there is always plenty available.
How do I pay?
At time of booking we will take a £75 non-refundable deposit; unless booking the Little First Year package, which needs to be paid in full upon booking. Any remaining amount will need to be paid in full at our studio on the day of your shoot, via cash or card. After your shoot, additional purchase options, such as additional image downloads, are available via the shop on our website.
What facilities do you have at the studio?
We have on site baby changing facilities, a client toilet and a small fridge if you need to store any milk or food for your baby. We have a selection of toys and books available for your child to use while they are not on set, and an area allocated next to set for you to comfortably watch the shoot. The studio is all on one level and accessible without the use of steps.
Can siblings be in the shots too?
The main focus of the shoot will be your little one, but if the time is available within your booked shoot window we can of course try to get siblings, or yourselves on set too. With the newborn shoot especially we will often try to get parents in some shots if they would like as it's such a special moment to capture with your newborn.
What if me, my child or someone coming to the shoot is ill?
As parents ourselves, we understand that at a moments notice your little one can suddenly be feeling unwell and plans have to change at the last minute. Please do contact us if there is anything that will prevent you making your shoot. We would much rather you didn't attend if anyone in your party is ill, than risk the health of anyone else we have visiting the studio, so we will do our best to work with you to reschedule a shoot date when you are well again.
What if I need to cancel?
We don't tend to allow for cancellations unless under extenuating circumstances. We will treat cancellation requests at our discretion, generally we hope to find a way to rescheudule or find an alternative that works for you and your family. In the event you do have to cancel we will retain the non-refundable deposit as your cancellation fee.
What if I need to reschedule my shoot?
Once you have booked your shoot and created an account with us you will be able to login to view and amend your bookings on our site.
What if my child gets a cut or bruise just before the shoot?
It will be typical that your child will bang their head and get a bruise a few days before your shoot. If this does happen and you are worried about how it'll look in the photos, please send us an image to info@littleluma.co.uk and we will advise you. 99% of the time these can be edited out.
